HOT BREAKFAST PROVISIONS PROVIDED ON REQUEST: Fresh Bread on arrival, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, sausages, mushrooms, cereals, juice, and milk provided for you to prepare a hearty country breakfast at your own leisure.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST PROVIDED: Fresh Bread on arrival, Cereals, Milk, Juice,etc. Complimentary plunger coffe and selection of teas also provided.
A deposit of 50% is required for confirmation of booking. This may be made by Direct Deposit, Credit Card(Visa/Mastercard), Cheque (subject to clearence) or money order. Balance is payable prior to arrival by Direct Deposit, Cash or Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non refundable is deposits are made within 7 days of booked arrival date. Cancellations made between 7-14 days of booked arrival date, 25% of deposit will non be refundable. If cancellations are made with at least 14 days of notice to booked arrival date, the total deposit will be refunded less 20% which will be retained for handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices maybe subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse bookings. Saturday single night bookings are accepted under some of the following circumstances: minimum of six adults/last minute bookings/Saturday night only available. Long weekends are two nights minimum regardless of number of guests. Public Holidays at weekend rates.
